Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. Please allow up to 40 business days for your order to arrive. If by that time you have not received your items. Please contact us here.
Any delays due to postal service disruption caused by public holiday, industrial action or transportation issues are outside of our control. We ask that you show patience while we liase with the companies involved.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates for non UK deliveries: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We charge £4.99 flat rate shipping cost for orders throughout the UK.
If you checkout then order another item the flat rate of £4.99 will apply again.
To thank our customers who place larger orders we offer free shipping on any orders over £150. This includes higher cost individual items.
Please also remember to take advantage of our store membership, which is free to join. Every member will receive our free newsletter. You will also receive our mailings with exclusive member only discounts and offers.
We do currently offer shipping services outside the UK. If you would like to inquire please email email@example.com before making an order as delivery times, prices and payment method will be different from UK customers.
Non Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates for non UK deliveries: Shipping charges for each order will be calculated and sent via email and will be included in the final price. Please do not order directly from the website as delivery is not currently possible outside the UK this way.
We do currently offer individuals outside the UK an individual service.
Please note that delivery times will be longer than those for UK customers and delivery charges may also increase.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 5 working days for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 40 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will do our utmost to resolve it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Due to our parcel services restrictions, we do not accept orders to P.O boxes. Please only enter your details as a domestic or recognised business address when placing your order. Thank you.
Refunds & returns.
All items bought from our store are subject to our returns policy.
We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, the item or items must be unused and in its original unopened condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for all items returned. This does not affect your statutory rights.
